Monthly payments due on the 15th of each month, August – April.
Late payments will be subject to a $25/day late fee.
If you choose to withdraw your child from Green Adventure Project School prior to August 15, you will be responsible for three months' tuition following your child’s withdrawal. A withdrawal between August 15 to May 24 will result in the remaining full balance due within 14 days of withdrawal.
I have received and read the Parent Handbook and understand and agree to the school structure.
The person herein named has permission to engage in all school activities/field trips unless opt out is sent via email. Activities may involve swimming, boating (by canoe, sail, and/or motor), hiking, camping, fishing, ropes course participation, use of outdoor equipment/tools and other outdoor activities. I know and understand the risks and dangers involved in activities and I know and understand that unanticipated dangers might arise.
I understand my insurance will be utilized in the event of an injury or illness. I hereby release Green Adventure Project School from any responsibility for injury which might occur because of participating in activities except for those determined to be as a result of gross negligence on the part of Green Adventure Project School.
I acknowledge that photographs or videos may be taken while participating and may be used in appropriate, professional promotional materials.

The full balance for the school year will be paid by April 15, 2027 regardless if the named participant attends.
Initial payment with registration is not refundable, not transferable.
If paying by credit card, a 4% processing fee will be applied to your account.
There will be a $45 fee charged for each returned check or other administrative changes.
I authorize an auto draft from any methods of payment previously used for tuition and/or fees after the due date and time.
Any change request to initial registration must be made in writing by family and approved by school administration.
Unpaid tuition will be sent to collections at the enrollee’s expense.
