Preschool
A play-based, outdoor classroom for 3-5 year olds

​ We value protected childhood spaces where imagination and creativity can flourish. Building a foundation for our youngest Learners to fall in love with learning.

Daily Flow

Each day will be balanced with play, nature exploration, and hands-on activities that explore arts, music, science, math, reading, and social emotional learning. We move our bodies and work our brains to grow and develop in a fun, engaging, inclusive environment.

We spend time getting to know our Learners to help them continue to discover more about who they are as a person. Taking the lead of the Learners we use the natural world as inspiration.

​

Each afternoon after lunch our Learners have a quiet time where those who nap will be encouraged to close their eyes, and those who are done napping read stories and play quietly. We wrap up each day with Nature Play in our preschool playscape.

School Hours

Early Drop: 7:30-8:00

Drop off: 8:00-8:15

Pick Up: 3:00-3:15

After School: 3:15-6:00

Our Preschool Classroom

GAP classrooms are made up of the forests, creeks, fields, and trails of our school. Our Preschool Learners also have their own cozy indoor space where they can go when they need to warm up little fingers and toes, dry off, or take a break.
